for Gas Turbines.
- FEBRUARY
2009: Wood Group Gas turbine
services and a local Landmark Bangladesh
partner, has been awarded a contract
valued at more than $619,000 by
Bangladesh Power Development Board
to provide Hot Gas components of
GE Frame 9E engine.
As part of the agreement, WG Swiss
will manufacture and supply the
parts.

(a company of GE Energy) in
association with Landmark Bangladesh
Ltd., organized a month long
training program in Bahrain
for 6 engineer from Bangladesh
Power Development Board for
‘on-line Machinery Protection
& Management System’.
- In the mean time Dynamic Balancing
was done by the expert from
GE Industrial, India of 3 units
of GE Gas Turbine at Bheramara
Power Plant.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES FOR ZIA FERTILIZER

2009: Uhde HPT, awarded
with the repeat order of High
Pressure Valves in Fertilizer
Plant.
- Ministry of Industry
has entrusted Landmark to conduct
Techo-Feasibility study by Uhde
Service , Germany for Sustaining
the installed designed capacity
of Zia Fertilizer. In this plant,
Uhde HPT delivered High Pressure
components over US$ 4 million
till today.
